Money Forward invests in BEST PATH RESEARCH

BEST PATH RESEARCH is very happy to announce today that Money Forward, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yosuke Tsuji) has made an investment in the company through its Money Forward Fund. With this investment, BEST PATH RESEARCH and Money Forward Lab, Money Forward’s research and development organization, will collaborate to strengthen research and development into the automation of corporate back-office operations.

Specifically, the following research and development themes will be pursued as part of the collaboration:

(1) Natural Language Processing
Research and development of technologies for analyzing the structure of written documents

(2) Image Processing
Research and development of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for written documents
